Well things are still very busy here, but going well.

Well it has been a while

Well hi everyone, yes I am still in the land of the living. Work is going really well and I am enjoying it very much. It is soooo good to get the brain working again. The kids have settled into daycare quite well. It took Lochie a little while but since moving up to the next room he is really enjoying it.

Havent been up to much else, havent had much time to do much else. I did go to the movies with the girls a couple of weeks ago, that was nice.

Kia is growing way too quick (as you can see from the photos). She is now 4mths old and getting very big. She loves chasing the ball around and is doing quite well been at home by herself.

Anyway better go and have a shower,

Im still alive

Well I have actually scrapped and it feels good :). I love this photo of Lochie, just sitting down doing nothing. I did this LO for a challenge over at Scrap the Boys. My buddy Deb is on their Design Team, congrats Deb :)

New Fur baby pics

Hi All

Well here are some recent photos of the fur baby with her ears up :) I took these 2 photos this morning.

I love this photo of Lochie and his fur friend :) I can see the 2 of them getting into plenty of trouble. This photo was taken just over a week ago. Kia is growing so quickly.

Well as you may know I got a job. I start this Tuesday and am excited but also very nervous. It is almost 4 years to the day that I finished work. Mick is having this week off to look after the kids and play Mr Mum as the kids cant start at daycare till the following week. Will keep you updated as to how the job is going.

New family member

Meet the new member of the Dergacz family. This is Kia she is a German Shepherd and she is 9 weeks old this weekend.

We are so very pleased that she has joined our family. She is awesome with the kids and the kids love her. Last night she was following Lochie around, and every time he stopped she laid down close by, very cute :)

My Little Man turns 1

Well today was my little "tigers" 1st birthday. Here are some pictures from today. A HUGE thanks to Trace for the awesome job on Lochie's cake, she is so very clever :)

Lochie had a great day after the initial grumps after he woke up he had a ball. He crawled around outside, tried to climb up the slide and got very spoilt.

I hope you had the bestest day my little tiger.......mummy loves you lots :)

Woo Hoo

Well after scrapping up a storm for the Design Team tryouts at Scrapability Sketches the DT was announced last night and I scored a spot :) I am a bit excited about this as its my first DT spot. Congrats to Deb, Lis & Bridge who also got positions and to all the other girls who tried out and are all getting guest DT spots. Everyones work was amazing and has made the gallery look fantastic.

Will be back later to update my blog properly with some LO's. If I dont get back til after Easter, I hope that the Easter bunny comes and he is nice to you :)

More Scrapping

See what happens when you dont update your blog at least once a week??? I bore you all with all the scrapping that I have been doing:)

This LO was for Scrapping Outback for the March Scrapjack challenge. We brought this T & hat for Lochie so I could take pics and use Micks ticket from the concert to scrap them. I love the end result of this.
This one was for Scrapability Sketches challenge called Scrap Soup # 2. Bek gives us an ingredient each day then we do a LO. Ingredients for this soup were kraft cardstock, bling, transparency, flower/round embellishment & rub ons.

This one was for Scrappin Chicks White with red

Scrapping Outbacks 4 product challenge was a Christmas theme pack so I though this was the perfect photo to scrap

I love this LO too. The photos of Mick and the kids are beautiful. This was for Scrapability Sketched Design Team tryouts. We had to scrap our favourite things and do it in "grunge". This is my first effort at grunge and I think I did ok.

And another scrapping first for me, hesritage/vintage. Again another DT tryout challenge. I was a little unsure about doing this style but have been told I should do more. I emailed Aunty Teresa for some old photos of the Grandparents and when i saw this one I loved it. This is Grandma at her 21st.

Well I am soooooooooooooooooo sorry to bore you all with so many LO's. Will try to update my blog more often so there arent as many in 1 post.

Lochie is still getting around on his guts but he has started sitting up by himself. So I am thinking that crawling properly isnt too far away. I found him in the bathroom last week sitting there looking at the bath. Was too early for a bath :)

Both kids have been unwell. Lochie had an ear infection. He was pushing 39.9 temps and was just miserable, especially of a night :( He then got a rash from the antibiotics. Angela complained of a sore tummy on Monday. Thought she just needed to visit the toilet until 3pm when my couch become covered in vomit.......mmmmmm nice.......NOT!!!!! She was much better Tuesday (thank god).

Anyway, better be off and do something. I am off to Noosa with mum on Sunday for a Thelma & Louise trip. Mum is shouting me to get my hair done for my birthday. My first "ME" day since before Lochie was born.

More Scrapping

Hi All

Well I have been scrapping up a storm lately. I thank my stop smoking for this. Yep Mick and I have not had a smoke for 3 weeks tomorrow. Its been hard but not as bad as I thought. So by scrapping its been keeping my mind of smoking.

Well my little man has cut another tooth, 3 down, lots to go. I am pretty sure that tooth # 4 is also nearlly here. He has also started to combat crawl. He has a new nickname "slug guts". Seriously thinking about putting a cleaning cloth on his tummy and he can clean the floors whilst he is moving around :)


Anyway here are some LO's that I have done recently.


This one is for Scrabability Sketches. It was for DT Tryout sketch # 1.

This was also for Scrapability Sketches. This is for Feb Challenge called Scrapability Soup. There was certain things you had to do and they were use green, use paint, stitching, doodling & 2 photos, 1 had to be distressed.

This was for sketch # 2 for DT tryouts.

Well I think thats most of the ones that I have done recently. We got set another DT challenge this morning to do a vintage/heritage LO. OMG!!!!!!! THis will certainly be a challenge as I have never done this style before. Have been on to Aunty Teresa today to email me a pick of the grandparents wedding.

Camping and Scrapping

Well we took the camper away for the first time on the weekend. We headed down to Tullebudgera Creek camping ground. It is a great park. They have pools there and one of them even has a waterslide. Mum, Bec, B & Mia, Nat, Joei & Rahni came to visit on Saturday and check out our setup. Mick and B had a ball on the waterslide, I think they had more fun than the kids. Anyway, here are a couple of pics of the camper setup. These were taken Sunday morning before it was pulled down and after a night of rain, yep rained ALL night and we had leaks. Lesson learnt. Next time we are getting a tarp to put over the top of the camper :)

Some Scrapping. This LO of Lochie was done for a challenge over at Scrapping Outback. The challenge was to use white cardstock with only the colour aqua. You could use as little or as much aqua as you want.

This was for the Feb sketch over at Scrapping Outback.

And this was the 4 producct challenge at Scrapping Outback. I love this photo of Angela and her BIG smile:)
